- Voluntarily provided data via email, phone or WhatsApp (name, phone, email, request description).

- Anonymous statistical analysis of web traffic
- Responding to information or quote requests
- Compliance with contractual and legal obligations
4. Legal Basis
Anonymous data: legitimate interest (Art. 6 §1 lit. f GDPR). Voluntarily provided personal data: consent (Art. 6 §1 lit. a) and, where applicable, performance of a contract (Art. 6 §1 lit. b).
5. Retention
Google Analytics data: max 26 months. Personal data: as long as necessary to handle the request and comply with applicable legal obligations.
